Junior Events Coordinator

Minnac’s mission has been to create and execute innovative and compelling experiential marketing strategies for the life sciences market, to develop an emotional engagement with our client’s brand and products. We help our clients extend their reach and make it easier for them to engage with their customers, with everything from commercial strategy and life science marketing through to digital production, live, virtual or hybrid events.
We are looking for an events co-ordinator to be part of our team. Day to day, you’ll be working within a fast-changing environment, coordinating, and managing key activities. A scientific or events background would be great, but key for us would be an enthusiastic, reliable organized, pro-active individual who thrives on variety, can work independently and also as part of a close-knit team.
The work will be project based and your key activities will include
- Event admin
- Event Project Management
- Assistance with Event shipping and logistics
- Assist with managing event operations
- Branding co ordination
- Furniture hire co ordination
- Speaker allocations
- On site help at events
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- And other tasks according to project
Key Information:
£11 per hour
This project will run until December, with a view to extend for the successful candidate.
10 – 16 hours per week, flexible with days and times, working from home unless needed at event site.
