We are looking for an Event Manager to oversee the delivery of a hybrid event in the USA. They will help the Director of Events manage a team of event professionals to deliver the event to the client brief.
- Experience in planning and delivering a hybrid event
- Management of a live event with over 100 people
- Managed events from brief to delivery
- Project management of event including budget management and project timelines
- Working in and coordinating a remote team
- Client liaison, attendance at client meetings if required
- Managing conference delivery with external suppliers (AV, Catering, branding, venue, streaming) and internal teams
- Onsite management of event
- Life Sciences or Pharma experience an advantage
- Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field is a plus
Contract duration – 24 hours a week, flexible but preferably 8 hours on a Tuesday and Wednesday, 4 hours on a Monday and Friday, from June to October. Travel to USA in September
